Oily hair

My newborn is currently coming to a month old. Her hair become oily with oily smell by end of day. I bathe him daily in the noon with shampoo. Why is this so?

Will it be due to the weather and sweat? My nb hair is always smelly and oily too, in the end we changed her shampoo to Mustela and try to keep her cool and it works.
