Goals for 2022!!

New year means new begginings! This past two years maybe hard for all of us, but a new year always gives us hope. And because of the pandemic, my goals for coming new year are as follows: 1. Have a strong spiritual relationship with Lord. 2. Prioritize family's health 3. Make healthier choices ( prepare healthy food for the family and avoid fastfoods) 4. Exercise atleast 3 times a week!πŸ’ͺ 5. Limit carbs and sugar ( para magloose weight na din!😬) As a parent, we always wants the best for our family, including to be the best for them kaya dapat healthy tayo palagi.
