my gynae prescribed it too and I even got an injection of it. it's fairly standard these days. it can cause some gas but is meant to reduce risk of miscarriage in the first trimester

Yes it is safe. When I was pregnant, my OB prescribed me this during my first trimester to ensure that I won't experience miscarriage.

Yes, it's safe. It is used to prevent miscarriage. Please rest more and avoid carry heavy stuff.
