Needs advice: usage of liniments.

Needs advice: Is it safe to apply liniment such as efficascent, creations spa essentials, katinko and superscent during pregnancy? I am applying them in my legs due to cramps.

Sis wla pa pong proven cases na pag magapply ka ng liniments during pregnancy me direct effect to ke baby. Pro just to be sure warm compress lng po gngwa ko or simple stretching po to ease the cramps.
