yoghurt for baby
need yoghurt recommendations for my 8 month old. looking for sth that is unsweetened. but afraid too sour that baby doesn't like. but understand "no added sugar" yoghurts are reallly sweet.
I stay clear of baby yogurts because they are too sweet, and I also avoid Greek-style yogurts. I only give Greek yogurt to baby, which there are two main brands available in NTUC. Chobani or Jalna. Tried both, and Chobani tastes horrible (might be a personal thing so you can try first haha). Jalna has a milder taste so we’re giving that! Then we usually mix with fruit like avocado or banana to serve to baby.
Read moretry mashing some fruits like bananas and mix it for some sweetness. after 1yo I mixed in honey to yoghurt too
