Travel with infant alone

Need to travel with my 1 month old girl alone to see doctor... which way is easier? Bus with stroller? Taxi with baby wrap?

Taxi with baby wrap, cause stroller quite restricted like stairs and escalator. Baby wear also calm baby down.
