Can you travel in the first trinester?
Need to travel for biz trip and it will be 2 days 1 night, will it be ok during early 1st trimester?

Yup, it is fine, I travelled during my first trimester too. I think it would be good to let your gynae know though, just in case he/she would like to prescribe any medication on standby in the event if any spotting happens when you are overseas. Cause that was what my gynae did. Hope this helps!
