Travelling during second trimester

Hi, I have a planned trip to Switzerland in week 20. Will there be any implications for pregnant mom to travel on flight for 12 hours?

First time mommy here. Usually for 2nd trimester still safe! 5 months is usually when ppl go for their babymoon, but then again, different pregnancies are different. Pls do check with your doctor first!☺️
