Maaaring lumabas ito dahil nagsisimula nang bumuka o gumalaw ang iyong cervix. Although ang paglabas ng mucus plug ay considered as a sign that labor is imminent, it's one of the earliest and least urgent signs na manganganak ka na. hi. better alert your OB. you sound like you're going thru preterm labor. which is possible. if mucus plug came out na, that means nag break na amniotic sac, sunod jan fluid and the baby should come out soon after to avoid infection. punta ka na sa hospital so they can assess you better lalo na you said high-risk pregnancy ka. di ka dapat ma stress mentally and physically coz thay would aggravate your situation and could cause fetal distress which is critical. good luck po. sana makaraos kayo ng safe!

may mucus plug din sakin nong 36 weeks ako.. til now 38weeks may lumalabas pakunti kunti brown discharge na malapot pero di parin nanganganak, normal lang nmn dw un sabi ni ob since open nadin naman cervix ko 3cm kaya may mucus plug na lumabas
