Need Excuse so that doc allows me to have ligation. I am only 23years old but already have 4kids! Thank you!

I was 29 with 3 kids when I wanted a ligation, and was told to wait till I'm over 30. I've finally done it as a 31st birthday present for myself this year. Even at the hospital, _many_ people kept reminding me that ligation is a permanent procedure. You even get a Cert of Voluntary Sterilisation, LOL. I kept my stance, and explained that I got postnatal depression after 3 kids, therefore I shouldn't have more. If your mental health is at risk, your kids, future or not, will also be at risk.
