Sleep schedule

Hi, is it necessary to put my 4 month old baby on a sleep schedule? If so, how do I go about doing it? Thank you.

My baby had his own schedule. when baby was hunger he woke up. If you can get used baby for sleeping schedule. That may be useful to you.
