Sleep schedule
Hi, is it necessary to put my 4 month old baby on a sleep schedule? If so, how do I go about doing it? Thank you.

By setting a sleeping routine, it will be easy to let baby get used to it and when lo gets older they will know that it’s time to sleep (body clock will strike). 1 hr before the set time you want your baby to sleep stop all activities that will excite your baby and go to the room, if your room light has dim light function on it, otherwise on white noise or classical music. When the time to sleep is up and if your baby sleeps with lights off, off the light. Do this everyday.
