Oo madaming beses na. I hate customer service reps kuno with NO customer service skills. I get so pissed with these kinds of people, as if they don't know heir job description. Ako kasi I've worked in the CS industry for several years so I know very well the alibis and strategies of these reps para makalusot. I always demand for a manager in this case.
