Chinese name suggestions for baby girl with the character 恩

Hi all, any name suggestions for baby girl with the word 恩 ? Also, is it true that baby’s name should not have the same character as mom/dad/grandparents name? Is there a reason for this? As I have friends telling me that our child’s name cannot follow our Chinese name. Thank you!!
