Nalulungkot ako :( Ito na nga lang inalmusal ko tumaas pa yung blood sugar ko. 0 sugar pero 22g pala ang carbs nito. :(

Sa mga nagsasabing you need carbs also, you can get carbs from other sources like vegetables. Ung sina-suggest ng iba like brown rice etc is still high carb. Mas mataas lang fiber content niya compared to white rice kaya akala nung iba healthier option un. For those with GDM like the uploader, best to consult with a nutritionist or ask advise from a doctor. Mejo maraming mali talagang inaadvise dito sa thread na to. 😞
