Try these: Eat small meals. Sip liquids rather than a big glass. Sit or stand after meals. Don't do anything that requires you to bend over. Dont eat right before bed. Avoid liquids starting a few hours before bedtime. Keep your head and chest elevated at night. Know your triggers and avoid it like fatty foods, caffeine, chocolate, citrus. Wear loose-fitting clothes.

Hello Momshie..in my last pregnancy that "Heartburn" is my number 1 complain ang hirap ung tipong kinikilig ako sa acid..kaya ako suka ng suka gawa nyan at maraming food ang bawal specially tomatoe...pero after 4mos gradually it lessen na po..Good Luck to your Pregnancy 😊

Try not to eat fatty food especially during dinner. Also avoid caffeinated drinks. Please ask your OB what to do just to be safe.

My doctor prescribed Gaviscon yung original lang.. Dafe for preggers and it wors really well :)
