Minum jus tembikai and banyak air suam ya to increase the amniotic fluid. Meanwhile, kurangkan ataupun jangan makan cheese, bersoya, fried food (makanan berminyak), fast food elakkan dulu, then cyst akan kecut cepat and turun masa bersalin nanti. Otherwise, doctor kena advise ibu other precautions kalau cyst besar daripada biasa (kecil). Don't worry, you and baby will be fit and fine ❤️
