hantar notis lepas habis maternity leave sis, bahaya. Mainan management kita xtau🤣 Kang nak kena saman menyaman , naik turun g bt report pej buruh ke apa ke. Dah satu hal bila hak kita mmg betul bagi notis before 3m or else n tiba2 majikan refuse to pay salary when on maternity leave which is u akan berhenti 😁 Kalau company sis kerja mgt ok, then should be no problem. Kalau problem better after maternity leave ok.

Nak tanya kalau cuti Maternity leave 98 hari brmula 9/8/2023 - 14/11/2023, pastu 3/10/2023 nak hntr surat resign dgan notis 1 bulan, ngam2x cuti Maternity leave hbis, boleh ke? Atau sy kena byar balik elaun Maternity leave yg telah dbyar pda sy? Kpda majikan.

thank you pada yang responding, saya dah pun jumpa hr (which is the head of company juga) and decided to take unpaid leave up until my baby achieved 5 months age. thank you 🙏🏻

ikut polisi syarikat sis.. do check with ur HR.. biasanya kalau kita bg notis resign kurg drp kontrak yg di beritahu kita kena bayar dekat company sbgai pampasan..

Alamak sis, baik check dengan HR sebab setiap syarikat lain. Tapi kalau tak silap, takkan affect gaji walaupun cuti bersalin

Lbh baik sis hntr notis sebulan berhnti krja...biasanya effect dia tolak 2 minggu means 2 minggu tu krja free
