Sex while and after period

Nagkaron ako nung dec.23 and it lasted for almost 7 days pero mostly likely 1st-4th day lang yung bleeding then patak patak pag 5th-7th day na. Question is pwede ba mabuntis while may period or pag patak patak na.. bali last sex namin na putok sa loob is dec.30 then after that next sex namin eh jan3 di na sa loob. May chance ba? May spotting kasi ako I don't know why. Btw nakunan ako nung june 6, 2020
