Bleeding, please help.

Hi, nagbleeding po ako ngayon lang. Mga 2 spoon siguro. Pero no contractions or abdominal pain. 39 weeks pregnant here. I don't know if it's a sign kasi baka hindi naman. Wala kasi ko kasama sa bahay today. Should I text my husband na po ba or should I wait for contractions? Iba kasi exp ko sa panganay ko.
