Nag woworry ako ksi may bleeding daw po sa loob ng tyan ko (subchronic hemorrage). Nawawala po ba sya? And paano po mga best kainin or inumin para mas maging ok po🙏🏻please advise po

How many weeks in gestation are you?Subchorionic hemmorhage definitely poses a risk and could lead to miscarriage but there are some who can carry to full term. No food can heal it but, you need to avoid strenuous activities/exercise, heavy lifting, sex. Consider bed rest, regular monitoring of the size of hematoma/bleed and make sure to always follow up with your doctor. Any signs of bleeding, pain and early contractions, call your OB.
