No sweets and carbs po except lang sa rice kasi bawala po kayong magutom. Ganito po ang binigay sa aking diet ng dok ko. 1. Drink 2 glasses of water before starting eating your meal. 2. Half cup CLEAR soup. 3. Eat half slice of fruit. Avocado is preferred. 4. Eat your rice and protein. Rice should only be half a cup lang. Protein are include fish, meat, and egg whites. 5. Drink 2 glasses of water. Rest for 5mins. 6. Continue eating your protein. No more rice. 7. If you are full already, drink 2 glasses of water. 8. Meal should be 5x a day lang. Bfast, merienda, lunch, merienda and dinner. 9. Merienda should only consists of egg whites only. You may also eat half lang ng sandwich but palaman should only be meat. Not the spread or peanut butter ha. Balitaan mko mumshie if effective sayo. Sa akin effective to.

ako po hindi naman nagkaGDM pero dahil ang bilis ko maggain and malaki si baby, pinaglowcarb ako ni doc. no more white bread totally, wheat pero 1 slice lang kung magssnack. di po ako nagbrown rice kasi ako lang kakain nun dito kaya white rice pa rin pero sobrang konti. mga 1/4 cup per meal. no table sugar at all, shifted to equal gold. no milk, even maternity milk. ang dairy ko lang plain unsweetened yogurt. no instant coffee, choco drink, big no no ang soda pero oks lang yung mga zero sugar and with natural sweetener. no to instant oatmeal. always watch out for carbs content. carbs = sugar

34 weeks na ko ngayon mommy. since 28 weeks na nagstart ako with lowcarb hindi na ko naggain. nagmomove yung weight ko ng mga +/-300grams lang. pero si baby tuloy tuloy pa rin paggain nya ng normal. so naglolose pa pala ko nun

Hi, momshie! After I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, nag shift ako from white rice to brown rice tapos portioning talaga. Water lang din iniinom ko as in nakaka 3 liters ako per day. No chocolates, milk tea, crackers, chips, and even fruits kasi mataas sugar content nila. Eat more green leafy vegetables. Nag walking rin ako for 30 minutes every day. Fortunately, nag normal naman na blood sugar level ko. Hindi na ako pinapabalik ng internal medicine doctor ko. :)

33 weeks na ako, momshie. Basta discipline lang sa mga kinakain/iniinom mo, kakayanin mo i normal ang blood sugar level mo. :)

wag po muna kau sa mga sugar iwas chocolate lahat ng klase food na mataas sa sugar and fat. rice try nyo po muna 1/2 cup of rice isda po kau ampalaya... milk wag muna anmom ... try nyo po lowfat milk .. yan lang ginawa ko dati ... kasi after mo manganak nonormal din yan..later send ko sau yung list ng food ko

nestle low fat milk try nyo po yun medyo tabang lasa pero yun mas ok

Iwas po sa mga prito, matatamis, matatabang meat... 1/2 cup rice lng, mga nilagang pagkain
