Bleeding again

Hello nag bleed po ako 1 week ago, heavy bleeding nakita po na konti nalang amniotic fluid ni baby. Niresetahan ako duphaston at duvadilan, after 3 days from tvs ko na low normal amniotic fluid di po ako mapakali lumipat po ako ob then checked the baby okay po si baby at sinabi ni ob na heragest suppository daw po pamparelax lang ng matris ung first two meds. Tumigil na po ung bleeding after heragest suppository and bed rest then now on my 1 week taking it nag spotting nanaman po ako pero not heavy like nung first tapos may buo po na ganito, should I be more worried?
