Yes! Sobrang nakakaguilty and I make sure I only do that if the deed is really really bad like one time my daughter spit at my sister's face. I dunno where'd she get the idea but I lost my temper and lifted a finger. After doing so I felt like I'm the worst mom and so I hugged my toddler and talked to her.
