Like what Nooraini mention, egg freezing is only available as an option if there is a medical reason. Any chance you wife would reconsider her plans for career progression and family planning? Egg freezing is still an evolving tachnology and there are procedures involved in harvesting mature eggs and considerations to think through. Perhaps it will be a good time to read up more about what it entails and whether the plans for career and family could be readjusted slightly for a best case scenarior. :)

What your wife is looking for is actually called Social Egg Freezing which is currently illegal in Singapore and are allowed for women who might lose their fertility through medical treatments such as chemotherapy. Although, there will be a review as many women in Singapore are open to the idea of delaying pregnancy. http://sg.theasianparent.com/social-egg-freezing-in-singapore-human-egg-banks/2/
