My wife and I are looking to improve our skills in the kitchen. Are their any recommended cooking classes in Manila?

Sounds like a fun idea! Try The Cookery Place in the Fort. Here's their site: http://www.thecookeryplace.com/ They offer couples cooking classes (http://www.thecookeryplace.com/#!about/cjn9)! They've received a lot of great reviews, too. Have fun!

There is an ongoing 3-month class in Pastry Arts being organized by Enderun Colleges. In just that short span of time, you'll be a certified pastry artist. You may check them out here: https://www.facebook.com/events/566690250122986/

+1 for Feed 5000 by Chef Len. Aside from that, you can also check Sylvia Reynoso Gala Culinary Art Studio: http://sylviareynosogala.com/course-schedule/courses-schedule2/

Feed 5000 in Ayala Alabang under Chef Len Ding offers cooking lessons for both adults and kids. You may search it on FB.

Just watch on youtube. Application is a must too. You must cook and cook until your friends say it is delicious.
