A regular menstrual cycle is always thought to be around 28 days long with menstruation lasting 3-5 days. If you regularly have periods that last for 2 days, I don’t think it is a cause of concern for you when it comes to trying to get pregnant. However, you could consult a fertility specialist who could run a blood test to help find out more information about your ovulation and hormone balance. After which, you can track your cycle to find out when is the best time to get pregnant in order to increase your chance. You can also consider TCM to help condition your body. However, TCM would usually take a longer time.
