My baby just is gaining .3 Kilos a month, she's breastfed. Is that .3 Kilos a month acceptable?

Just got 2month's injection for my baby... His weight 7.5kg. Increase 2kg++ per month.. Nurse said he is obese for his age but since he is 100% breastfeeding. Then it is good.. No harm for baby.. 😅😅😅
