My 4-m.o. baby is 6.5 Kilos now. Is she obese or her weight is just right? P.s. she's exclusively breastfed.

My baby is 4 months old and she weighed 6.8kg at 12 weeks old. Exclusively breastfed as well. I'm sure she's heavier than that now. She was 95th percentile according to the chart. What I read was that the charts are based on a predominantly formula fed population, so exclusively breastfed babies tend to be on the heavy side in the first 6 months of life but it tapers off, leading parents to think that their child is underweight and top up with formula. As long as your baby is healthy and the PD has not raised any concern, it is fine. Babies come in all shapes and sizes! http://kellymom.com/health/growth/growthcharts/
