My baby girl who is now almost 11 months has been grabbing her private parts regularly these last 2 weeks. Is this normal?

Yupp, totally normal as described by the ladies above. Yes. It can start as early as 4 to 6 months, after babies gain control of their limbs and hands and start exploring their bodies. In other words, they are just curious! Babies will grab at their ears, feet, and genitals — and for baby boys, the penis is an interesting and easy body part to reach. Also normal for babies to experience "pleasure sensations" when they explore their body parts eg flushed face.
