My baby dislikes the lipase taste of frozen bm. I'm worried about starting work next month and i only send my bm back once a week. As much as i try to train her to take frozen bm, she is still not buying it. I know flash heat works to minimize lipase taste but i cant do it at my office. Is it ok if i flash heat the milk all at once when i knock off?

Can try mixing 1/4frozen with 3/4 fresh bm next time..slowly baby gets used to the taste. That's what I've done and now, no problem with fbm at all.. you can also try dream feeding baby

It can be scald altogether and let it cool down to store it in freezer. For your current frozen bm, maybe you can try mixing half fresh to minimise the lipase smell.
