My 5 month baby was referred to KK emergency for the lymph node enlargement issue due to BCG vaccination. He is being monitored for the past 2 months but there has been no sign of improvement. PD says we need to go for surgical removal. Has anyone experienced it? Kindly advice.

I had a client in the same situation as you. His daughter was diagnosed with BCC lymphadenitis. The ultimate treatment was to go for surgery to drain away the abscess fluid in the lymph nodes. I would say any complications affecting the lymph nodes is a complex one and advice should not be sought here. Do consult another qualified doctor should you need a second opinion.
