My 20-month-old still has yet to sleep through the night. She doesn't sleep for more than three hours at a time before she wakes up screaming for me. And it's not because she's napping too much -- we're lucky if she goes down once in the afternoon for a couple hours at the most. Please help! These circles under my eyes can't get much darker!

Is she overstimulated during the day? Frequent sudden night screaming may indicate nightmares or night terrors. My friend's son had night terrors around 2yo, and it was quite an experience. But during toddlerhood, they tend to go through quite abit of growth and development, being more aware of their environment too. Info overload may cause their routines to go wonky. Do monitor and ensure she's still active and feeding well.
