My 20 month old has become such a fussy eater! It started as a minor issue that I would often overlook, but nowadays she seems to hate everything I make for her. All of her previous favourite foods she now spits it back out, clamps her mouth shut or keeps it in her mouth. I'm scared that she's not getting enough food in her system and I'm also unsure what's considered a healthy weight for her to be at right now. I've tried the usual mashing of food, or playing around with different flavours but still nothing. Should I try force feeding her? I'm out of ideas and need help! Suggestions?

My nephew used to do the same! we tried a lot of techniques but he used to spit out everything he didnt want. He slowly started eating all foods and eats almost everything now (he is 4 now). This is a very normal thing for toddleers at this age. They go through a fear of trying new foods. Plus remember he has a tiny stomach so he will eat as much as he needs.
