My 2 month old baby poo every 2 to 3 days and cry every time she poo but her poo is not hard. She is taking nan milk formula, is this normal? Shd i change her formula or give her water daily?

It might be because their tummy muscles are too weak. My daughter used to always push so hard when passing motion till her face turns red. I usually do light massages and leg exercises for her.
