My 11 month old has recently become a very fussy eater so I will be moving him from steamed to sautéed vegetables. Is it better to cool with butter or olive oil?

I would prefer butter as butter is mostly made up of heart-healthy saturated fat and is low in polyunsaturated fat, while olive oil is mostly monounsaturated fat and has a higher PUFA content. Saturated fats are extremely healthy, while polyunsaturated fats are the undesirable fats we should avoid
