Moisturizer/lotion recommendation

For face, I am using hada labo. I have easily red, sensitive skin. The kind where I cannot even put pressure on my face cause it’ll be red for a while. For body, I am using cetaphil, previously using cerave. To manage itch and redness, I also use evian spring water spray. I have eczema prone skin and also have hives. When I have outbreak of hives, I’ll use suubalm moisturizer which has menthol to calm the hives and itch.
