Pregnant at 36 weeks
Hi mummys do u ever feel very emotional,i cried my heart out as i fail to go to the hospital for my check up at fetal care for my baby scanning,i had a bad panic attack in the rainy weathr. When im inside the cab.

hi there. yes, I was very emotional whenever something goes just a little bit wrong during my pregnancy, I will feel very down and panicky and will start to worry about everything. This emo period continued for up to 2 months after I gave birth, I will feel very restless when I hear my baby crying for more than 5mins. It's the hormones going crazy I guess, but if it is getting into the way of your daily life then you might want to speak to your gynae to understand more about pre or post-partum depression and how to manage your emotions. Do try to breastfeed after you give birth if possible, it helps to prevent post-partum depression. 2 months after giving birth my hormones must have gone back to normal and I feel much better after that. Hope that you will have a smooth delivery and a joyous motherhood to follow!
