GBS positibe strep B admission

Will a mummy with GBS be rejected due to insufficient dilation if we go to the delivery ward? Or will they consider us as special case and ward us immediately to administer the antibiotic? Or high chance of planned induce labour to ensure smooth administration of antibiotics?
