Heat rashes

wipe with cooled boiled water, then dab dry. do thia frequently especially if u don't stay in a windy house/ air conditioned. or you can add baby powder, or calamine lotion.

Wipe with breastmilk. Bath with breastmilk. Wipe down with cooled boiled water. Air your baby few times a day. It’ll get better.

sudocream or cook Japanese Honeysuckle (金银花) with boiled water to apply affected area

try using Paw paw ointment from guardian, it works for my baby

I use Mustela recovery cream & Aforapothecary balm

It's normal. Keep area cool and dry
