hi mummy out there. im breast feeding my baby .. few weeks aft gave birth .. i lost my appetite for for 2 weeks plus. aft that my diet resume as per normal .. but i lost appetite again this few days .. i feel hungry n want to eat .. but when the food touch my throat .. i feel like throwing out. any tips ??
Try nutrition soup.. Soft meals. Small and frequent meals. You need to recover from giving birth. If not you will get episode of dizziness etc also make sure your emotional state is ok.
Try lighter meals and consult your gynae if possible
