Hi any mummy’s feel super hungry or thirsty after they breastfeed? After I breastfeed I will feel super thirsty and hungry like I haven’t drink any water the whole day 🥲#firstmom

Yup it’s normal! After all your breasts are drawing out liquid from your body to produce breastmilk! I always drink a cup of water before and after breastfeeding to replenish.

Me!! And it’s normal! I get hungry easily and always feel very thirsty after breastfeeding or pumping out milk. It’s good to drink more water to keep your body hydrated!

hahah, normal.. I got the same feeling for my first child. super hungry and thirsty, can finish up 2 pax meal and bottle up 1 litre water.
