All in seasoning .. Maggie or knorr
Hi mummies...most of my frds use Knorr or Maggie all in seasoning into their cooking substitute of salt. As I wanted to try healthy cooking limit my salt n sugar into cooking. Is this seasoning good substitute?

A healthier seasoning alternative would be natural pink himalayan salt and perhaps organic sugar in moderation. Perhaps it may be a better option compared to Maggie or Knorr which may be artificially created or may contain MSG. Just a suggestion and personal opinion 😊

All of those contain msg.. Which I think is worse than salt.
