Baby eating adults’ food

Hi parents, How old onwards can a toddler start eating normal adult foods? As adults’ food has higher sugar & salt contents. I’m still cooking baby food, was wondering when he can just eat from our dinner or when we dine out.

it depend on your comfort level. when I'm out I will at times give baby adult food baby now 20 months. what I do is I order rice and a fish. I will take the fish to dip the hot water rinising off the salt etc. best is give them healthy diet as they are growing alot food outside contains msg

Depends on your comfort level like other mummy suggested. Some say after 2 but ideally non msg , sugary or salty food. The adults also get a healthier diet eating food we cook for LO. Just replace spices n baby food powder for seasoning instead of salt n sauces.

my doc said after 2.5 yrs due to high salt and spices
