Habits of irregular meals, not drinking water.

Hi mummies! I have a concern that has been around for sometime as i knowwww it could affect my baby's health. Since young i have an habit of not eating proper meals, i could go on a day with only a meal or two or some days even if there isnt any meal i am okay. Adding on to that, i dont drink waterr regularly! Probably half a cup every 2-3hrs, unless im having a meal i try to drink up alot. Lately im into Carbonated drinks which usually im not even interested. Is there any advice? I really want to take a good care of my health so i could do the same for the baby, but i can't seem to be doing whats best.

I forced myself to take 3 meals a day😅 As for fluid intake, I’ve always love drinking water 😂 and during the entire pregnancy, I was alsooo thirsty. Maybe you can take fruits to help increase your water intake?

I tried to force myself to eat whatever is right infront of me or even when drinking water, but my throat feels like it wouldnt 'open' up and i usually feels nausea if i forced to eat when i dont want to. i'll try to eat more fruits for the time being! thanks for your advicee mummy.
