I have been expressing milk 5 times per day. Used to be able to pump about 1350ml each day. But somehow supply seems to drop a little despite my routine and consistent schedule. Is this normal?

Refer to your information, your supply of milk is considered high, if your baby is 3 month already, the supply and demand should be just balanced , a little bit drop of volum should not bother you, do not worry. Its normal that volume of breast milk vary sometimes. However if there is a suddenly big drop of milk, it indicates blocked ducts.
