Nasal congestion and use of steroid spray

Hi mummies, Does anyone use steroid nasal sprays to manage sinus issues / nasal congestion? I’m 12 weeks pregnant and have been having waking up due to nasal congestion for weeks. Gynae’s recommendation is to use antihistamines. Just wondering what other pregnant mums do to manage nasal congestion.

Saline sprays are okay. I wouldn’t use steroid sprays, because some of the steroid spray may get swallowed and enter your system which may circulate to baby. Antihistamines are safe during pregnancy. Would be good to listen to your doctor:)
