Hello mummies Anyone done acupuncture during second trimester? Having backaches and constant headaches. Would prefer to try smthk new then massage. Any recommendation?

Ask your gynae but personally I would not feel safe to do so! I would be worry about the hygiene standard and sterilization of the needles.
