I had e c sect done last week. Gynae said if i want to i can wear binder immediately to help with walking around. Have been wearing it 24/7 since my surgery but that’s just my preference cos my tummy is almost back to pre pregnancy size at 1w pp now and i feel more comfortable and less pain walking/sitting with the binder on.
hi mummy, I delivered via E Csect on 18May. I used it on the day of discharge to help support my wound so I can walk more properly. After which, I wear when half a day daily. really helps a lot
Im not sure abt this but some people who can tahan after 2 weeks already use.. the best u ask yr doctor.. i just gave birth 6 may , when u due?
i recalled by end of 1st month after birth... would b best to check with ur gynae after cs, just to err on side of caution...
