Hi mummies, why baby shaking head while sleeping?

My baby does the same. I noticed when she wants to sleep, she will shake her head right to left, left to right... Then after awhile, sleep already haha. Guess it’s their way to soothe themself to sleep.

During the early stages of sleep? It could be that he isn't in a deep sleep yet trying to sleep well.

He is not fully asleep yet. It can happen in e middle of his slp. He juz wanna make himself slp! 😄
